Main facility covers 1818 sq. Meters and is equipped with modern Italian and Czech equipment. Among them are refrigerators of Italian brand, as well as the Italian brand stoning and cutting device fruit cutting and peeling machine, Packing device of Czech company and so on.
The main line includes sorting, fan drying and calibration process, and finally product is placed in Shock freezers at minus 40 degrees for an hour.
Ready products are placed on packaging line, after proper manner of packaging product is placed in minus refrigerators and is ready for export.
Our facility and equipment allows to process and produce 10 tons of frozen fruits and vegetables in 24 hour.
